We feel there is a need for more sophisticated and thoughtful implementations in
the small to mid-sized business arenas. We also understand that the cost of implementing
all of the enterprise-level procedures would be counter-productive to the business
goals at these levels.
III DG is primarily a
Venture Technology
company, which means we want to build and grow long lasting, mutually beneficial
relationships with our clients, in order to be their technical foundation for the
future. We accomplish this by utilizing continuous improvement techniques, emphasizing
communication and the human aspect of a high-tech business, and building a team
that has the combination of passion, an innovative mindset, the entrepreneurial
spirit, creativity, technological and operational business savvy, and most importantly
are problem-solvers and have the desire to better themselves everyday, are enthusiastic
about, and take personal pride in the work that they do.

marketing ploys; however, at III DG, these concepts are taken seriously. We believe
in applying the enterprise concepts of quality, analysis, and true software development
lifecycle procedures and methodologies. We mix this with well-rounded people who
truly enjoy the constant state of learning. In order to stand the test of time and
be successful in the high-tech industry, we believe you must love the constant state
of learning. The stereotypical introverted developer with no polished interpersonal
communications skills (while there is still a need for this type of developer on
almost every high tech project) cannot offer the level of overall business
quality needed to complete a successful project.
III DG Solutions is owned & operated by Andrew L. Robinson III. In its early stages
III DG Solutions (
formerly DG Solutions) facilitated many operations from simple computer
repair and maintenance to client/server application and website design. However,
as Andrew's experience has grown, so have the facets of III DG Solutions. III DG
Solutions' primary focus is being Venture Technologists for new or growing businesses
in the private (small to mid-sized business) sector. This basically means that we
pride ourselves on building long-lasting mutually beneficial relationships in which
we are allowed to enable our clients dreams/visions via high-technology solutions.
We are best when we are involved with the technical aspects of a business venture,
and therefore building the technology-based foundation that will grow with the business.
Andrew holds certifications in Microsoft's .Net (MCTS track) and Sun's Java platform.
While he has a preference to using .Net framework with C# as a development language,
he also has experience in languages such as PHP (5+), Visual Basic (6.0 & .Net 1.1
- 3.5), and Ruby as well as many DBMS such as Microsoft's SQL Server (2000 - 2008),
MySQL, Oracle, and PostGres. He employs many different frameworks, architectures,
software design patterns and enterprise level practices, such as the MVC pattern
(implemented in Microsoft's MVC toolkit and the Rails framework), Object-Oriented
programming, Service-Oriented architectures, Test-Driven development, and an overall
Agile development methodology, to ensure the best possible quality for the products
he produces. Andrew prides himself on being adaptable to many different situations
in life as well as in software/web development.
